We deliver our services through one single point of management. Our account managers are therefore more than just points of communication; they have many years of relocation experience, are the main point of contact, and are responsible for both the delivery of services to your employee and for building the relationship with HR. Whilst LSS focuses primarily on offering a very personal and high quality level of service we are very aware of the cost constraints under which many of our clients have to operate. We operate an open book policy and do not have any system of referrals or commissions. Our aim is to not only successfully relocate your employees but to also advise you of the most cost competitive manner in which to do so. We do this by being open, honest and fully transparent in everything that we do. MEET THE FOUNDERS

Who is Tony Baldassarro?

Tony’s career combines both Human Resources and third party global mobility management experience. For a total of 17 years he ran the in-house expatriate programmes for Prudential of America, based in New Jersey, USA and Credit Suisse in London. In 2001 Tony’s career switched to the service provider side when he became the Managing Director for an American based Relocation Management Company where he was instrumental in the globalisation of the firm. In his current role at LSS, Tony is responsible for overseeing Global Operations, Client Relationships, Supplier Chain Management and Finance.

Tony is married with two children and has a passion for photography, cooking, technology and travel.

Who is Julia Clayden?

Julia has over 20 years of mobility experience, with a broad knowledge of helping organisations manage their global workforce effectively – over the years she has been involved in different sides of the business, working within removals, destination services and relocation management. Prior to becoming part of LSS, Julia established and grew a pan European relocation company which was then subsequently sold to a global relocation provider. At LSS, her primary focus is to ensure that whilst growing the business she develops and maintains long lasting client relationships with an emphasis on honesty and transparency.

Julia is married and lives in the Kent countryside with her multitude of animals, in addition, has a passion for international travel and food, theatre, riding, skiing amongst numerous other outdoor pursuits.
